96 Entry of premises—routine inspections
(1) For the purposes of ascertaining whether this Act is being complied
with, an authorised officer may enter—
(a) premises (other than residential premises) at any reasonable
time; or
(b) any premises with the consent (obtained under section 103) of
the occupier or a person apparently in charge of the premises.
(2) An authorised officer may enter premises under subsection (1) with
the assistance that is necessary and reasonable.
