95 Definitions—pt 11
connected—a thing is connected with a particular offence if—
(a) the offence has been committed in relation to it; or
(b) it will afford evidence of the commission of the offence; or
(c) it was used, is being used, or is intended to be used, for the
purpose of committing the offence.
enter includes board.
offence includes an offence that there are reasonable grounds for
believing has been, is being, or will be committed.
premises includes vacant land, vehicles, vessels and aircraft.
residential premises means premises used exclusively or primarily
for residential purposes, and includes a private room in, but not any
other part of, a motel, hotel, hostel or guesthouse.
