94A Application of Planning Act 2023, pt 6.3 (1) The Planning Act 2023, part 6.3 applies to an EIS prepared in accordance with a direction under section 94 (2) (a) as if— (a) a reference to a development proposal were a reference to an activity; and (b) a reference to the Minister were a reference to the Minister administering section 94; and (c) a reference to the territory planning authority were a reference to the authority; and (d) any other necessary changes, and any change prescribed by regulation, were made. Functions of the Minister Part 10 (2) The Planning Act 2023, division 6.3.9 applies to an inquiry panel established under section 94 (2) (b) as if— (a) a reference to the Minister were a reference to the Minister administering section 94; and (b) a reference to the territory planning authority were a reference to the authority; and (c) any other necessary changes, and any change prescribed by regulation, were made.
