93 Directions of Minister
(1) The authority must exercise the functions of the authority in
accordance with any directions of the Minister under this section.
(2) The Minister must not give a direction to the authority in relation to
a matter under—
(a) part 11 (Powers of authorised officers); or
(b) part 12 (Powers of analysts); or
(c) part 13 (Enforcement); or
(d) part 14 (Notification and review of decisions); or
(e) part 14A (Enforceable undertakings).
(3) A direction is a disallowable instrument.
