81 Contents of emergency plan
(1) An emergency plan—
(a) must specify a course of action to be undertaken by a person
conducting an activity in the event of a specified kind of
environmental emergency occurring in the conduct of that
activity; and
(b) may specify a course of action to be undertaken to prepare for
the possible future occurrence of such an emergency; and
(c) may specify a timetable for the implementation of any
preparation requirements.
(2) An emergency plan may address 1 or more environmental
emergencies.
