76A Requests for auditor’s statements (1) An auditor must, within 7 working days of receiving a request under this or another Act to carry out an audit of contaminated land, give to the authority a written notice specifying— (a) the name of the person making the request; and (b) reasons for the person making the request; and (c) the location of the land to which the audit relates; and (d) an estimation of the time within which the audit will be completed. (2) An auditor must, within 15 working days after completing an audit, give to the authority a copy of the site audit statement.
