67A Recognised environmental authorisations
(1) The Minister may declare a licence, authorisation, permit, notice or
approval issued, granted or given under a law of a State or another
Territory to conduct a class of activity specified in schedule 1,
section 1.2 to be a recognised environmental authorisation to which
this division applies.
(2) A declaration under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument.
