67 Notification of ceasing activity
If the holder of an environmental authorisation ceases permanently to
conduct the authorised activity, the holder must not fail, without
reasonable excuse, to notify the authority in writing within
10 working days of that cessation.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
