64 Notice of intention to suspend or cancel an authorisation
Before acting under section 58 or section 63, the authority must give
the holder of the environmental authorisation a notice—
(a) stating that the authority is—
(i) under section 58—proposing to cancel the authorisation; or
(ii) under section 63—proposing to suspend or cancel the
authorisation, as the case may be; and
(b) stating the reasons for the proposed suspension or cancellation;
and
(c) inviting a written submission on the proposed suspension or
cancellation on or before a specified date, being a date
10 working days after the date of the notice.
