59 Notification of review of environmental authorisations
(1) When a review under section 57 (1) or section 58 (1) is finished, the
authority must prepare a notice—
(a) stating the outcome of the review; and
(b) indicating that a copy of the review is available to the public
under section 19 (Public access to documents).
(3) Within 10 working days after the day the notice mentioned in
subsection (1) is notified under the Legislation Act, the authority must
give additional public notice of the notice.
