42 Conducting prescribed classes of activities
(1) A person must not conduct an activity listed in schedule 1 as a class A
activity unless the person holds an environmental authorisation in
relation to that activity.
(2) A person must not conduct an activity listed in schedule 1 as a class B
activity unless the person—
(a) is a party to an environmental protection agreement that is in
effect in relation to that activity; or
(b) holds an environmental authorisation in relation to that activity.
