36 Tradeable permits
A tradeable permit scheme may include any of the following:
(a) the determination of the aggregate measure of a pollutant that is
permitted to enter the environment, whether for the whole of the
ACT or a particular part of the ACT;
(b) the creation of tradeable emission permits or credits;
(c) the allocation (whether by sale or otherwise) from time to time
of tradeable permits or credits.
