163 Environmental record of directors, servants and agents
If, for this Act, it is necessary for the authority to consider the
environmental record of a corporation or individual, the
environmental record of a director, servant or agent of the
corporation, or a servant or agent of the individual, may be taken to
be part of the environmental record of the corporation or individual.
