148 Notice to transferee on transfer of activity or place
(1) Before transferring ownership of an activity or place in relation to
which an instrument is in effect, the transferor must not, without
reasonable excuse, fail to notify the transferee of the existence and
content of the instrument.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.

instrument means—
(a) an environmental authorisation; or
(b) an environmental protection agreement; or
(c) a notice under section 69 requiring a person to prepare and
submit to the authority a draft environmental improvement plan;
or
(d) a notice under section 76 requiring a person to commission an
environmental audit; or
(e) a notice under section 82 requiring a person to prepare and
submit to the authority a draft emergency plan; or
(f) an environment protection order.
