136L Effect of enforceable undertaking on other proceedings
A proceeding may not be brought against a person for an alleged
offence against division 15.1 (Environmental offences) if—
(a) an enforceable undertaking is in force in relation to the alleged
offence; or
(b) the person has complied with an enforceable undertaking in
relation to the alleged offence.
