136J Undertaking not admission of fault etc
(1) This section applies if a person gives the authority an environmental
undertaking in relation to an alleged offence, whether or not the
undertaking is accepted by the authority.
(2) Giving the environmental undertaking is not—
(a) an express or implied admission of fault or liability by the
person in relation to the alleged offence; and
