136I Ending enforceable undertaking
(1) The authority may end an enforceable undertaking by written notice
to the person who gave the undertaking if satisfied that the
undertaking is no longer necessary or desirable.
(2) The authority may act under subsection (1) on the authority’s own
initiative or on the application of the person who gave the
undertaking.
(3) The undertaking ends when the person who gave the undertaking
receives the authority’s notice.
