112 Entry of premises
(1) An analyst may accompany an authorised officer who has entered
premises under a power of entry under part 11 to conduct the tests
necessary to decide whether this Act is being complied with.
(2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder an
analyst in the exercise of the analyst’s powers under subsection (1).
(3) An analyst who enters premises under subsection (1) is not authorised
to remain on the premises if, on request by the occupier or a person
apparently in charge of the premises, the analyst does not produce the
analyst’s identity card.
