107 Entry and exercise of powers
(1) The authorised officer may—
(a) for the purposes of taking emergency action, enter any premises
(other than residential premises) at any time of the day or
night—
(i) without a warrant; and
(ii) with the assistance, and by the force, that is necessary and
reasonable; and

(b) in the course of taking emergency action, exercise any of the
powers listed in section 100.
(2) An authorised officer who enters premises under subsection (1) (a) is
not authorised to remain on the premises if, on request by the occupier
or a person apparently in charge of the premises, the officer does not
produce the officer’s identity card.
