100 Inspection of premises—search warrant
(1) Subject to section 101, an authorised officer who enters premises
under section 97 (1) may do any of the following in relation to the
premises or anything on the premises:
(a) inspect or examine;
(b) take measurements or conduct tests;
(c) take samples for analysis;
(d) take photographs, films, or audio, video or other recordings;
(e) for a thing—subject to section 108, seize the thing;
(f) if the thing is a document—take copies of, or extracts from, the
document.
(2) An authorised officer who enters premises under section 97 (1) may
require the occupier or a person on the premises to do any of the
(a) answer questions or give information;
(b) make available any record or other document kept on the
premises;
(c) provide reasonable assistance to the officer in relation to the
exercise of the officer’s powers under subsection (1).
