Division 7—Criteria for decisions of Authority in relation to development applications 57—Criteria for decisions of Authority in relation to development authorisations Where an application for development authorisation is referred to the Authority under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016, the Authority must, in determining— (b) whether or not to direct the refusal of the application or to direct the imposition of conditions of any development authorisation granted on the application and, if so, what conditions should be imposed; or (c) what response (if any) should be made to the development assessment authority, have regard to, and seek to further, the objects of this Act and have regard to the general environmental duty, any relevant environment protection policies and the waste strategy for the State adopted under the Green Industries SA Act 2004 (if relevant).
