#### 13E Special provision relating to former public sector executive officers 13E Special provision relating to former public sector executive officers > > (1) This clause applies to a person to whom clause 13C or 13D applies who held an executive position under Part 2A of the [Public Sector Management Act 1988](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1988-033) immediately before the dissolution of the former Authority. > > > (2) Any such person is not entitled to exercise a right of return to the public sector under section 42R, or to seek compensation under section 42S, of the [Public Sector Management Act 1988](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1988-033): > > > > > (a) on ceasing to hold the executive position on the dissolution of the former Authority, or > > > > > (b) on ceasing to be employed by TransGrid. > > > (3) This clause applies despite anything to the contrary in this Act.
