#### 13C Chief Executive of former Authority 13C Chief Executive of former Authority > > (1) The Chief Executive of the former Authority (if any) becomes, on the dissolution of the former Authority, the chief executive officer of TransGrid for the residue of his or her term of office as, and subject to the same conditions (including conditions as to remuneration) as those of his or her appointment as, Chief Executive of the former Authority. > > > (2) The other provisions of clause 2 of Schedule 2 apply to a chief executive officer taken to be appointed in accordance with this clause.
