#### 11 Prohibition on privatisation of energy services corporations 11 Prohibition on privatisation of energy services corporations > > (1) Shares in an energy services corporation may not be sold or otherwise disposed of except to eligible Ministers. > > > (2) The following Ministers may not be nominated as eligible Ministers for an energy services corporation: > > > > > (a) the Minister administering the [Electricity Supply Act 1995](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1995-094), > > > > > (b) the Minister administering the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203), > > > > > (c) the Minister administering the [Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1991-060).
