20 Appointment of CEO

(1) The Board may, in consultation with the Treasurer and Finance Minister, appoint a chief executive officer (CEO) for the Corporation.

(2) The CEO must be appointed—

(a) by written instrument, and

(b) on a full-time basis.

(3) The CEO must not be a Board member.
