Division 7—Multiple licensees 81—Multiple licensees (1) If a licence is held by 2 or more persons, they are jointly and severally liable for the obligations of the licensee under this Act. (2) If a licence is held by 2 or more persons, they must, by written notice given to the Minister, nominate a representative (who may—but need not—be one of the licensees) who is authorised to give and receive notices on their behalf. (3) A notice given by or to the authorised representative is taken to have been given by or to all the licensees.
