Division 6—Grant, resumption etc of land 80—Grant, resumption etc of Crown and pastoral land (1) The Minister responsible for the administration of the Crown Land Management Act 2009 may grant unalienated Crown land to a licensee for the purpose of carrying on regulated activities or for purposes incidental to such activities. (2) A statutory power to resume land subject to a lease under the Crown Lands Act 1929 or the Pastoral Land Management and Conservation Act 1989 for a public work or public purpose may be exercised as if the land required for carrying on regulated activities or for purposes incidental to such activities were land required for a public work or a public purpose.
