Division 4—Rights of the Crown 5—Rights of the Crown (1) The property in regulated resources is vested (or continues to be vested) in the Crown. (2) On the production of a regulated substance by a person lawfully entitled to produce the regulated substance, it becomes the property of the person who produced it. (3) The property in a regulated substance placed in a natural reservoir for storage purposes (after being produced or acquired in some other way) is not affected by that placing or storage.
