70 Action or application to Supreme Court before commencement
(1) This section applies if, before the commencement:
(a) a person had brought an action or made an application to the
Supreme Court under this Act; and
(b) the Supreme Court had not decided the matter.
(2) The Supreme Court must continue to deal with the matter in
accordance with the former legislation.
