65 Theft from pipeline
A person who maliciously or fraudulently:
(a) abstracts;
(b) causes to be wasted or diverted; or
(c) consumes or uses,
any energy-producing hydro-carbon being conveyed by means of a
pipeline, is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years.
