63Inspectors

63 Inspectors (1) The Minister may, by instrument in writing, appoint a person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act. (2) The Minister may furnish to an inspector a certificate stating that he is an inspector for the purposes of this Act. (3) Where the appointment of a person under subsection (1) expires or is revoked, that person shall forthwith surrender to the Minister the certificate furnished to him under subsection (2). Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units. (4) An offence of contravening or failing to comply with subsection (3) is a regulatory offence.
