57 Minister not liable to certain actions Subject to section 58, neither the Minister nor the Registrar, nor a person acting under the direction or authority of either the Minister or the Registrar, is liable to an action, suit or proceeding for or in respect of an act done or omission made in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of a power or authority conferred by this Part.
