56 Rectification of register (1) A person aggrieved by: (a) the omission of an entry from the register; Energy Pipelines Act 1981 51 (b) an entry made in the register without sufficient cause; (c) an entry wrongly existing in the register; or (d) an error or defect in an entry in the register, may apply to the Tribunal for an order directing the rectification of the register and the Tribunal may make such order as it thinks fit. (2) The Tribunal may, in proceedings under this section, decide any question that it is necessary or expedient to decide in connection with the rectification of the register. (3) Notice of an application under subsection (1) shall be given to the Minister, who may appear and be heard, and who shall appear if so directed by the Tribunal. (4) An office copy of an order made under this section by the Tribunal may be served on the Minister and the Minister shall, upon receipt of the order, cause the register to be rectified accordingly.
