55Evidentiary provisions

55 Evidentiary provisions (1) The register shall be received by all courts and tribunals as evidence of all matters required or authorized by this Part to be entered in the register. (2) The Minister may, on payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, supply copies of, or extracts from, the register, or of or from an instrument lodged under this Part, certified by writing under his hand, and a copy or extract so certified is admissible as evidence in all courts and proceedings without further proof or production of the original. (3) The Minister may, on payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, by instrument in writing under his hand, certify that an entry, matter or thing required or permitted by or under this Part to be made or done has or has not, as the case may be, been made or done and such a certificate is evidence in all courts and proceedings of the statements contained in the certificate.
