53 Production and inspection of books, records and documents (1) The Minister may require a person to produce to him or make available for inspection by him or a person authorized by him any books, records, documents, maps or plans in the possession or under the control of the first-mentioned person and relating to an instrument requiring approval under this Part or to the transaction to which such an instrument relates. (2) A person shall not fail or refuse to comply with a requirement made of him under subsection (1). Maximum penalty: In the case of a natural person – 10 penalty
