52 Power of Minister to require information as to proposed dealings (1) The Minister may require a person lodging an instrument requiring approval under this Part to furnish to him in writing such information concerning the instrument, or the transaction to which the instrument relates, as the Minister thinks fit. (2) A person who is required under subsection (1) to furnish information shall not furnish information that is false or misleading in a material particular. Energy Pipelines Act 1981 50
