45 Minister may require registration of information Where the Minister is of the opinion that it is in the public interest so to do, he may direct the Registrar to enter in the register such information as the Minister thinks fit in relation to a permittee or licensee as to the terms and conditions of the permit or licence, and the Registrar shall register that information accordingly.
