22Easements over Crown lands

22 Easements over Crown lands Subject to the Native Title Act but despite anything in this Act or another Act or anything in a licence or an instrument of a legislative or administrative character relating to unalienated Crown lands, the Administrator, on the recommendation of the Minister for the time being responsible for the Crown Lands Act 1992 may, upon such terms and conditions, and subject to the payment of such fee, as the Administrator thinks fit, grant to a licensee a lease, easement, licence or other authority necessary or expedient to enable the licensee: (a) to construct the pipeline specified in the licensee's licence over Crown lands; and (b) to operate, inspect, maintain and repair that pipeline.
