21D Determination of application Subject to sections 21B and 21C, the Minister may, by notice served on the licensee, determine an application under section 21A by varying the route of the pipeline or the licence area to such extent and subject to such conditions, if any, as the Minister thinks fit, or may refuse to vary the licence.
