20 Variation of conditions of licence etc. (1) A licensee may apply to the Minister for the Minister to vary, suspend or waive a condition of the licensee's licence, other than a condition to which section 21A applies. (2) Subject to subsection (2A), an application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. (2A) The Minister may waive the fee payable under subsection (2). (3) The Minister may, by notice in writing, require the applicant to: (a) give notice of the application to such persons, if any, as the Minister thinks fit; and (b) furnish to the Minister within the time specified in the notice, such further information in connection with the application as the Minister requires to enable the Minister to determine the application. (4) The Minister may, by notice served on the licensee, determine an application under this section by varying, suspending or waiving a condition of the licence to such extent and subject to such conditions, if any, as the Minister thinks fit, or may refuse to vary, suspend or waive a condition.
