##### 76. Unlawful entry A person who without lawful authority enters on any lands, works, structures or property of or under the control or management of an energy operator commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2 000, and it shall be lawful for any officer or servant of the energy operator to use such force as is reasonably necessary to remove him therefrom.
