##### 63. Apportioned accounts Where during any accounting period any change is made as to the amount payable or the manner in which the charges are made, or by reason of the introduction of a new rate, charge, fee, rental or other item of account, the energy operator shall adjust the charges for the relevant period affected by the change by reference to the date on which the change is to take effect or by reference to the date on which the change is applied to any applicable account, whichever results in the lower charge.
