32 Exchange of information
For the purposes of this Act –
(a) [Section 32 Amended by No. 40 of 2004, s. 24, Applied:01 Jan 2005] [Section 32 Amended by No. 20 of 2013, s. 40, Applied:20 Jun 2013] the Ombudsman may disclose information to the Regulator and any tribunal, board and other person to whom the Ombudsman may refer a matter under section 10(1)(b) or section 19(1) ; and
(b) [Section 32 Amended by No. 40 of 2004, s. 24, Applied:01 Jan 2005] [Section 32 Amended by No. 20 of 2013, s. 40, Applied:20 Jun 2013] the Regulator and any such tribunal, board and other person may disclose information to the Ombudsman.
