27 Enforcement of order
(1) [Section 27 Subsection (1) amended by No. 20 of 2013, s. 38, Applied:20 Jun 2013] [Section 27 Subsection (1) amended by No. 40 of 2004, s. 21, Applied:01 Jan 2005] The complainant, or the Regulator on behalf of the complainant, may file an award that has been accepted by the complainant with a court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) An award filed with a court under subsection (1) is taken to be an order of that court and may be enforced as such.
