sec.40 Transmission and distribution assets for public ownership targets— Act , s 13

For section 13 (4) of the Act , definition transmission and distribution assets , the distribution system under the National Electricity Rules that is owned, controlled or operated by Essential Energy, ABN 37 428 185 226, is excluded from that definition to the extent the system is the subject of the relevant special approval. In this section— relevant special approval means special approval no. SAO1/11 given under the Electricity Act 1994 , section 210 . s 40 ins 2024 SL No. 105 s 6 amd 2026 SL No. 20 s 12 (sec.40-ssec.1) For section 13 (4) of the Act , definition transmission and distribution assets , the distribution system under the National Electricity Rules that is owned, controlled or operated by Essential Energy, ABN 37 428 185 226, is excluded from that definition to the extent the system is the subject of the relevant special approval.
