sec.33 AER must accept and include Powerlink’s first period adjustment
This section applies if, under section 32 , Powerlink gives the AER a revenue proposal for the second period that includes a first period adjustment under section 32 . The AER must— accept the first period adjustment in its final decision for Powerlink’s transmission determination for the second period; and include the expenditure accepted under paragraph (a) in the capital expenditure in the revenue determination for Powerlink for the second period. s 33 ins 2024 SL No. 105 s 6 (sec.33-ssec.1) This section applies if, under section 32 , Powerlink gives the AER a revenue proposal for the second period that includes a first period adjustment under section 32 . (sec.33-ssec.2) The AER must— accept the first period adjustment in its final decision for Powerlink’s transmission determination for the second period; and include the expenditure accepted under paragraph (a) in the capital expenditure in the revenue determination for Powerlink for the second period.
