sec.3 Amount of work performed— Act , s 86

For section 86 (4) (c) of the Act , the total amount of work performed by an individual at 1 or more publicly owned coal-fired power stations prescribed is the amount equivalent to— 80% of the total work performed by the individual during a continuous 36 month period ending on the application day for the individual; or 100% of the total work performed by the individual during a continuous 24 month period ending on the application day for the individual. s 3 ins 2024 SL No. 105 s 6
