sec.93 Purpose of part
The purpose of this part is to facilitate and support the delivery of the CopperString project by— identifying and declaring stages of the project to which this part applies; and providing for financial matters associated with a declared stage to enable the stage to be delivered in an efficient and coordinated way. s 93 sub 2025 No. 30 s 58
