sec.92 Reporting requirement
The department must include the following information about the fund in the department’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 — the total funds held in the fund bank account kept under section 88 when the annual report is prepared; and a summary of the payments made from the fund for the financial year; and a description of how the payments have contributed to achieving the purposes of the fund.
