sec.91 Fund guideline
The chief executive and under-Treasurer may make a guideline about the administration of the fund under this part, including— procedures relating to making payments from the fund; and procedures for dealing with complaints about payments from the fund. The chief executive and under-Treasurer must comply with the guideline in administering the fund.
